My new role has come about as a result of a restructure. All the student support and service areas have been combined into one faculty to further strengthen their role and to ensure that they are in an even better position to share best practice to help us deliver an ‘outstanding student experience’.

Expanded the scope of my previous role - Enrolments, exams, registrations, timetabling / rooming ... Now heading support for deaf and disabled students in colleges and universities across London I'm part of the Senior Management Team and work closely with many areas across the college

Responsible for all business activities, customer support. managing support-staff, liaising with lawyers and local authorities

Established first contact point for students; delivered one-to-one consulting as well as presentations; coordinated establishment of new study programme

Managed international research project and budget; coordinated research activities across countries; organised national and international meetings and conferences; contributed to conferences in Europe; was elected into self-administration committees; gained teaching experience
