 Preparation of quality related documents as per client’s requirements such as Quality control plan, ITP, Method statements and related work instructions  Implement and ensure quality management system in the project through system & standards.  Responsible for incoming materials inspection with respect to specification, Data sheet, material approval and quality plan.  Stage wise Inspection of Blasting ,Coating &Painting and associated testing

 Review of ITP & Method Statement as per Project scope of work and Specifications.  Responsible for incoming material inspection including welding consumables, coating, painting& insulation materials with respect to specification, MTCs ,data sheets, material approvals as per project Quality plan.  Pipeline fit-up, weld visual inspection,& NDT review  NDT coordination, PWHT inspection and review of reports/chart.

 Review of ITP & Method Statement as per Project scope of work and Specifications.  Conducting Inspection of coating & painting materials  Verification of calibration certificates for all inspection tools and equipment  Conducting Pre Qualification Tests for various coating & painting systems.  Coordinating with client’s 3rd party inspectors for arranging inspection activities.

 Study of Project Scope of Work, Construction Procedures, Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan.  Preparing ITP as per Project scope of work and Specifications.  Monitoring calibration of Inspection, Measuring & Testing Equipments.  Inspection of storage and handling of welding consumables& Painting Materials  Review of Mill Test Certificates and Verify for Compliance with the Specifications. Submit the Material Certificates for Client approval.

 Working in engineering, procurement, and construction support for shutdown preparation & ctivities for shutdown Train 2  Coordinating with Construction Team with rotary and stationary equipment's like pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, towers, aboveground storage tanks, tank farm, shell & tube heat exchangers, process piping, underground pipelines, flares etc.

 Inspect lines in accordance with P & ID & isometric drawing for mechanical clearance.  Coordination in Internal and external auditing.  Manpower management and review interim and final documentation.

 Implement and maintain the quality system on painting/coating application.  Coating (sandblasting, anchor profile, applying coating), Lowering-in, Backfilling, Tie-ins  Check/record all environmental conditions and witnessing surface preparation activities.

 Check and record atmospheric conditions prior to surface preparation and painting.  Quality of abrasive check as per standard  Surface preparation as per International Standards & Client Specification
