• Plans the schedule of piping works, assists with material procurement, oversees installations and maintenance operations and supervises construction staff. • Coordinate with subcontractor to administer all assignments. • Monitor the installation of pipes and Mechanical equipment to ensure the work agrees with the project's design. • Inspect work progress to identify challenges, mitigate risks and guarantee the safety of piping staff. • Reporting to the Construction manager.

• Liaises and coordinates with 3rd Party Testing /Inspection Company as required related to Mechanical works.rks. • Statistical analysis and evaluation of test data related to Mechanical works. • Prepares, files, maintains test/inspection records and any other quality records generated related to Mechanical works. • Assisting construction personnel to identify and resolve problems and potential or actual non-conformances related to Mechanical works.

• Record all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all works are according to quality requirements. • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. • Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.

• Manage the company’s quality procedures, processes, standards and specifications – management systems. • Taking care of QA/QC documents of entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, NCR & Site observations. • Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. • Monitor the regulatory compliance of installations, procedures and products.

• Monitors all measurement & testing instruments employed for Mechanical works, and that they are functional and calibrated. • Assists in the preparation of quality documentation, including the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and in the review of construction documents for compliance with project quality requirements related to Mechanical works. • Witnesses, reviews and approves welder qualifications and WPS, PQR qualifications.
