- Managing team mailbox: dispatching e-mails, replying to queries, communication with German UPS Account Executives. - Reviewing incoming and outgoing documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Claryfying detected inaccuracies with Account Executives in German via e-mail and telephone. - Activating contracts for UPS’ customers. - Providing training for new administrators. - Ensuring effective information flow within the team.

- Internship organized by the National Centre of Culture in Warsaw - Preparing content and developing design of the project of Society's website. - Organizing events (e.g. visit of students from Slovakia).
