Meine Passion liegt darin, komplexe Anwendungen zu entwerfen, zu verbessern und zu erweitern. Für mich bedeutet eine gute Beratung, dass ich komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich erkläre und Anforderungen in einem konstruktiven Dialog so präzisiere, dass sie effizient und nachhaltig umgesetzt werden können Aber auch, über den Tellerrand einzelner Stakeholder hinauszublicken und die Auswirkungen auf das Gesamtbild im Sinne des Unternehmens verständlich zu vermitteln.

Starting from 2002, I embarked on a seven-year journey as a self-employed TYPO3 freelancer, collaborating on web projects for agencies, companies of all scales, and government bodies. Over the years, I specialized in the development of accessible websites and conducted training sessions for administrators and integrators. It was a dynamic and enriching period, during which I had the opportunity to learn from amazing individuals and eventually became an active contributor to the TYPO3/OS community.

TYPO3 Integration und Entwicklung

- Development, migration and maintenance of accessible TYPO3 portals for various ministries and authorities - Coordination of the implementation of the KP II funding project "barrier-free TYPO3 for public authorities" - Technical advice on the commissioning of TYPO3 programming work to external service providers - Acceptance, quality assurance and further development of externally developed websites - Establishment and management of a TYPO3 development team

I was approached by ELSA and they provided me with the chance to land my first proper job in a company - as a webmaster for an international corporate website. I am immensely thankful for this opportunity as it allowed me to acquire a wealth of knowledge. Unfortunately, the ELSA AG had to file for bankruptcy just 2 years after I joined - which, of course, was not my fault - and so this wonderful time sadly came to an abrupt end.
