Sachin Sehgal

Managing multiple projects and involved in understanding the business requirements, conceptualization of requirements and co-ordination with the vendors across the globe for developing and delivering the applications with processes and procedures in place. My role involves budget estimation, planning and preparing the project plans. I am also responsible to build and sustain effective communications with global teams during the project life cycle for effective positioning and solution development.

Currently working as Project Manager (consultant) in Brussels. In past projects with HCL I have been working as project manager on multiple projects in various locations with diverse teams of people, including vendors, analysts, developers, and engineers. My job responsibility was to execute the various projects based on the customers’ requirements and implementing them along with the team. This involved project planning, requirement gathering, risk management, metrics and report generation.

My responsibility was to ensure full proof project coordination between multiple clients and development teams. I was involved with client management and project management at various levels of the project development. An additional responsibility was to ensure quality checks for all projects. I was involved in designing, planning and conceptualization of an e-commerce website for an international client, based on the customer requirements for the online shopping cart.
