Direct, monitor and review supplier APQP activities (control plans, PFMEA, process flow, SPC, run@rate, PPAP, etc.). Assist suppliers in problem solving effectiveness including root cause analysis through implementation of corrective actions. Conduct supplier assessments for potential new suppliers. Work with suppliers to develop continuous improvement plans and metrics to monitor performance. Interface with Customers on critical supplier issues as necessary.Manage action plans with supplier

to forward planning on quality issues with customers, to analysis and define the root cause of quality problems faced in house and customer site and implement all the neccessary actions .
