Research Engineer at Fraunhofer ESK in the Project for Software Defined Radio. For the software defined radio I used a C++ based multicore library developed by Fraunhofer to develop signal processing blocks for the Fraunhofer SDR platform. This involves programming in C++. I have worked for initial two months in parallel on a Project for Patent Survey for Samsung mobile as a customer project. This project involved study and measurements of ITU-T HSUPA signaling for patent verification.

BMW project for development of Cognitive Agent and a Trust Model for predicting the Driver Intention for lane changes. A lot of literature research and survey was done to come with models for the architecture. The architecture is C++ based and SOAR (State, Operator, Apply and Result) is used as the Cognitive Architecture. This involves programming with C++ and SOAR.

Master Thesis Title: Synchronization and Cell Selection for 3GPP LTE in Multiple Cells (Infineon Software Defined Radio group)  Work was part of MuSIC2 (Multiple SIMD Core) SDR project which is an SDR (Software Define Radio) aim at supporting multiple wireless standards on a single chip.  Work was focused upon investing previous developed downlink synchronization and cell search algorithms on 3GPP LTE standard channels and development of new algorithms for neighbor cell search in multi-cell scenarios.

The target of the project was to develop a test frame work for the LTE eNodeB Layer 2 conformance tests. The internship involved software development on K-develop using Python along with grasping details of LTE specifications and standards.

My responsibilities were to manage, document and verify the already existing code database and to develop a common platform for experiment evaluation of the different projects running in the research work using Matlab & C++. Last project was parameter optimization for image reconstruction algorithm, which is applied on noisy data acquired through gamma & beta probes to produce images as clinically efficient as the already available PET SCAN done via large scanners.

have worked in Mobilink PMCL a company from Orascom group and is the biggest GSM operator in Pakistan. I have worked as a QoS Engineer for almost 2.5 years where my responsibilities include performance management of the GSM network. We had to deal with end to end issue identification and resolution with coordination with the other departments. I left the company in october 2008 for my MSc in Communication Engineering at TU München. At that time, I was working as the Team lead for South region.
