Master thesis student. Experiment: Thin film deposition of bismuth ferrite by RF magnetron sputtering (PVD), conducting annealing experiments of the deposited films and performing electrical characterisation of the thin films to study the resistive switching of the deposited thin films. Simulation: Performing FEM simulation in COMSOL multiphysics to understand the irradiance distribution during flash annealing and heat distribution during the annealing experiments for the deposited thin films.

Assisting senior faculty members in conducting their experiments and their research activities simultaneously conducting experiments for the engineering students from their curriculum.

Materials in Micro and Nano systems Technologies in Micro and Nano Systems Microscopy and Analysis on nanoscale FEM simulation in COMSOL multiphysics.
