Performed extensive research which aimed at combining static geometric variation with the dynamic response of a system to predict and evaluate squeak and rattle sounds in the cabin of passenger cars. Identified interior assemblies in the car cabin such as Instrument panel, door trim panel etc. subjected to squeak and rattle. Developed a multidisciplinary optimization workflow by incorporating two conflicting design objectives. Streamline Master Thesis work for the publication of research papers.

Development of Loading Bay Equipment products (Dock Leveler) according to customer requirements and EN1398 standards. 3D models creation in CATIA V5, 2D drawings, BOM, and release in the internal PDM database. Created GD&T detailed drawings for release to suppliers & other stakeholders in accordance with ASME – Y14-5-2009. Specialized in solid and surface modeling of geometries in CATIA V5 with a great emphasis on plastic and sheet metal components.
