My work is centered on creating a simulation for HPC systems at the National High-Performance Computing Center (NHR@FAU). The simulation aims to identify and reduce bottlenecks in performance scaling for applications on massively powerful HPC systems, emphasizing on preprocessing, postprocessing, and I/O.

Created analytical dashboards to display reactive real-time metrics using(Power BI and Tableau) Built distributed, streaming pipeline for real-time ETL pipelines in Talend for real-time big data transfer in L1 L2 production environment. Analyzed and manipulated incoming data using statistical analysis methods to interpret them for making business decisions (Greenplum, Mongo, Python, R) Researched and implemented changes for an Afiniti-centric microservice for ETL processes(Go, Python, Apache Kafka)

My tasks include Data Mining and rigorous research in utilizing sequence alignment and machine learning and Data mining techniques in python to run analytics on the data and improve upon the accuracy of the current implementation of algorithms that are relatively slow and computationally expensive and find ways to optimize the operations.

Producing Software Solutions and fully functional web Store for company products, where users can create account, shop products and experience online shopping. Also, helped in developing fully functional backend administration website for store management and order processing. Used web technologies like Javascript, NodeJs, Express, MongoDB, HTML5, CSS3 to make REST and SOAP api's.
