• Work with network design, deployment, and engineering teams to operationalize stable, scalable platforms. • Drive current DWDM designs to meet the demands of our customer satisfaction. • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve Cisco DWDM network issues. • Work closely with other Networking teams on operational escalations and support. • Review and implement changes on the DWDM network. • Troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

• Configuring, Troubleshooting, Technical Support CISCO DWDM & Huawei SDH. • In depth understanding of DWDM and Layer 2 technologies. Intermediate level of knowledge for Layer 3 IP networks. • Familiar with CDC ROADM, coherent transponders and flex-grid optical Networks. • DWDM & SDH Fault diagnosis, Root cause analysis. • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve Cisco DWDM and Huawei SDH network issues.

• Sound knowledge on configuring LAN, VLAN, WAN, VPN, SDH, DWDM • Configuring CISCO DWDM. • Configuring & Troubleshooting HUAWEI SDH. • Configuring & Troubleshooting CISCO, Dlink, Switch, Router & Security device. • Basic Configuring Juniper Switch, Router. • Routing and Routed Protocols (RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) (TCP/IP) and has Knowledge of IP

• Sound knowledge on configuring LAN, VLAN, WAN. • Configuring HUAWEI SDH. • Configuring CISCO, Dlink, Switch, Router device. • Routing and Routed Protocols (RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF) (TCP/IP) and has Knowledge of IP addressing, Subnetting and ability to Troubleshoot ACL (Access Control List) In Cisco. • Configuring CISCO Routers, Layer 3 & Layer 2 Switches, Wireless LAN
