Led industrialization and process optimization for mechanical and plastic components in series production. Coordinated design, production, quality, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, and quality compliance. Applied Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to improve throughput, reduce scrap and rework, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Implemented KPI-driven performance tracking using Power BI and SQL and supported ERP-based BOM and production.

Improved manufacturing performance through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives in series production. Applied 5S, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping to reduce defects, process variability, and cycle time. Worked closely with shop-floor teams to implement standard work, monitor production KPIs, and support productivity, safety, and quality improvements across production processes.

Master’s program focused on data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications for business and industrial decision-making. Coursework includes statistical modeling, predictive analytics, data visualization, and programming with R and SQL. Strong focus on applying analytics to operations, supply chain, and manufacturing performance improvement. Thesis research investigates the use of Large Language Models to automate document generation and analytics workflows.

Master’s program focused on advanced manufacturing systems, production management, and industrial process optimization. Coursework included manufacturing technologies, operations management, quality systems, and supply chain coordination. Master’s thesis conducted in collaboration with Rolls-Royce Aerospace, where I developed a simulation model of the aircraft engine assembly line to analyze and improve production flow for Airbus XWB A380 engine assembly operations.

Bachelor’s program focused on manufacturing engineering, production systems, and industrial management. Developed strong foundations in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, operations management, and quality engineering. Completed industry-focused projects with leading aerospace and automotive companies including Rolls-Royce, Airbus, and Jaguar, applying engineering methods to real-world manufacturing and production challenges.
