Potenza is a UK R&D industry leader in supplying electric vehicle Battery Management System (BMS), part of FPT Industrial. I worked as a system/software engineer in developing/validating/testing hybrid BMS algorithm for the Czinger hypercar project.

Dana is an industry leader in the supply of traditional and electrified systems for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. I worked as a diagnostic system develop engineer in the Software/Control and Calibration group, which is responsible for the specification, implementation, and validation of complex control systems for a wide range of complex, clean propulsion, and energy systems, including: EV powertrains, power electronics, motors and drives, engines, transmissions.

The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services, Bosch Automotive Service provides complete range of diagnostic and repair tool chain solution, my role as automotive system expert is to develop Automated Diagnostic Content Generation tool using model-based development techniques, My post as diagnostic system designer involves the following: • Designing/validating/writing guided trouble shooting, using model based tool and workshop testing,

• Developing algorithms to control the engine-propeller systems using SIMULINK /MATLAB /STATEFLOW, according to system requirement • Witting validation testing procedures for validating system functions. • Responsible for tuning different controller loop s ( e.g. fuel loops) to meet system requirement specifications, using simulation tool and engine test rigs . • Managing requirements specification using DOORS requirements management syste

-Introducing system identification techniques, using MATLAB/SIMULINK tool . • Calibrating air control systems to meet emission targets, drivability performance and fuel consumption. This involves engine bed testing, vehicle roller calibration ,in vehicle calibration and high altitude calibration. • System components validation, testing different types of system components (e.g. VGT, EGR and EVR), to make the most suitable recommendation. • Strategy modelling and simulation for strategy testing and development using MATLAB/SIMULINK

• Installing and supporting Hardware-in-loop simulator (Mid-size and Full size) for software validation and testing. • Supporting Rapid Control Prototyping systems (e.g. MicroAutoBox) in the UK. • Consulting customers for most appropriate solutions, in the areas of Hardware-in-the-Loop system

Using MATLAB/SIMULINK to model and simulate powertrain systems, e.g. fuel close loop, engine torque close loop models. Setting up Dspace systems for HIL applications, e.g. injection and ignition capturing process. Software testing using HIL system, e.g. validating fuelling strategy.
