I was part of the CAD support team. Team worked on improving the existing design software(Autodesk Inventor). Our team tries to add company specific functionality to the software which improves the efficiency of the software and the employees. • Customized CAD tool for reducing design lead time. • Automation and process improvement implementation to reduce employee efforts in daily activities. • Used value stream mapping concepts to improve process.
