as a Critical Security Incident Response Manager and Senior Cyber Security Analyst Tier 3, I worked on handling major security incidents in the client's environment, I worked following the CISA incident response handling procedure and following the ISO 27001 standard strategies for incident management. I worked closely with DFI on computers forensics , CTH on analyzing IoCs, DPO on GDPR cases and SOC on analyzing logs. I report to stakeholders and keep very strong connection and transparent communication.

Handling customer technical and security issues, handling escalated tickets, providing discrete solutions, team assistance, overseeing the team's support handling and providing feedback, communicating with leadership on improving the support service and technical documentation.
