-Prepare handout material to be delivered to customers based on their training request. -Organizing and presenting instructional material at scheduled times and places -Development of audiovisual/multimedia materials for the topic presented -Prepare new courses, and staying updated with new technology. -Developing new teaching skills to ensure that the delivery reaches all trainees.

-Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. -Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

-Manage projects with high risk and complexity; ensure final delivery and acceptance to meet customer’s expectations of time and quality. -Ensure that projects are completed within budget by efficient cost controlling and internal and external resources management. -Act as primary project interface to the client, ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the relationship with the customer. -Work with tight budget.

-Interface with customers regarding upgrade and support activities. -Coordinate with customers on Acceptance and Quality procedures. -Operational tasks: o Commissioning of RAN and transmission equipment. o Own some of the company Key projects. o Write technical reports. oManage all technical activities related to acceptance.
