Managed a team of 8 recruitment specialists based in various locations to deliver volume recruitment for Civil Service departments ensuring team capability was in place to meet customer KPIs.

Experienced the full project life cycle in a variety of roles from Business Analyst, Training & Communications Lead and Process Analyst through to Project Manager. Projects included Business & IT transformations, a major cloud-based e-mail service deployment, HR & Digital Business Development, Functional Product Analysis and the Process Design and creation of a new Target Operating Model. Clients ranged from national and local public sector organisations to a top 5 UK bank.
