Conducted a detailed policy gap analysis and desk review on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's child labor policy for safe and decent employment for adolescent workers aged 14-18 years old. Identified key policy gaps and shortcomings and made recommendations for future initiatives.

Responsible for managing store-floor garnered by products from underprivileged families across globe where Oxfam operates; Handling donations for Oxfam’s development operation; Facilitating daily sales, stock management, pricing and record keeping; Training newly recruited staff and orienting them about Oxfam and the shop.

Worked on Telenor’s microfinance enablement project, increasing quarterly revenue by 4%; Gleaned data-driven insights over 40 distribution bases across rural Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; Used geographical-clustering to help identify retailer-white spaces, and improve access to microfinance services in rural KPK.

Conducted study on business opportunities and women’s home-based businesses across 25 Northern Pakistani households; Conduct review of potential employers lists to employ project supported technical and vocational trained (TVET) youth (women and men) and shortlist high potential employers for linkages; Support business feasibility analysis for women entrepreneurs’ small businesses; Wrote and published transcripts of shortlisted employers of the apprenticeship training initiative.

Reviewed various policy documents of the KP Government for a Nutrition Policy Gap Analysis on nutrition sensitive food systems in Pakistan; Gleaned actionable insights and created an implementation plan to mitigate policy gaps in nutrition sensitive food systems; Contributed in producing publication on Policy Gap Analysis for Food and Nutrition Security (FNS) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan; Assisted in data entry for endline survey of the nutrition sensitive food systems.
