Tolerance stack ups calculations for shim thickness/selection, customer interface, and shaft run-out at seal leaf etc. Responsible for 2D/3D design and release of Powertrain related parts Communication and collaboration with global team.

Application Engineering of Modular and Scalable DCTs and Hybrid DCTs Die Cast and Sand cast housings design Detailed Drawings review for the Transmission components Oil level/Quantity and flow analysis Design release for prototype and production Test Fixture and Test bench Design Enhancement of competency of the teams by continuous up gradation of skills.
