Worked in the Service branch of Hyderabad as the in-charge of three sections Viz., Outward Clearing , ATM Nodal Cell and Outstation bills collection and reconciliation of records. The Cash replenishment of the ATMs, reconciliation on a daily basis, co-ordinating with the HUB / SWITCH in Mumbai, maintaining the records of payments and receipts for various third party / Inter bank transactions in the ATMs etc make up the important part of the section

My work included Handling, delegation and monitoring of the entire operations pertaining to all the above functions Viz., Cash, Clearing, Funds Transfer (Cash Management), Deposits, Demand Loans, TDS (Tax Deduction at source), Bills for collection (Inward and Outward), Bill discounting, Merchant Banking, Retail Forex Operations, Lockers operations. Sanction loans / advances which fall within the delegated powers, Handling of Death Claims, Lien Marking / Lifting, freezing / De-freezing of accounts.
