* Day to day LAN/WAN (L1 & L2) Support of Thomson Reuters offices across India * Implementation of network projects at Thomson Reuters offices across the globe. WAN solutions included such as TRIO (DMVPN) for small/medium sites and carrier MPLS/Point-to-Point for large sites. LAN included, core switches, access switches, wireless and WAN Optimization (Bluecoats). * Configuring devices for monitoring tools like PRTG, Sevone & HPNA using SNMP. * Hardening devices as per corporate standards.

* Troubleshoot OS related problems & formatting systems. * Supporting for IBM i-series application (User Side). * Maintaining TCP/IP Ethernet Networking, DHCP, maintained Print servers such as HP 4345 printer. * Taking Backups on every day using batch files. * Supporting for MS Outlook mail (client side). * Work with hardware vendors to replace hardware parts as warranty repairs.
