Part of the KPMG Datalakes team and involved in building and upgrading in-house Big Data solutions and consulting clients in Big Data architecture and implementation. - Design, development and setting up of the infrastructure for Big Data platforms, datalakes and analytic solutions - Development of the data analytics assets within the team, which include open source tools, namely, KAVE (KPMG's Hadoop distribution based on Hortonworks), LCM( Catalogue manager which is aimed at enabling federated analytics)

- Set up the Hadoop and Spark cluster for the project and handle basic cluster administration using Apache Ambari. - Work with the Data Scientists to understand the predictive analytics that could be performed on the data available to us and use the Machine Learning capabilities on Apache Spark to build production ready solutions. - Design and develop the Machine Learning applications on Spark using Scala, Spark ML, Spark Job Server, Apache Drill and provide this data to the UI layer over REST.

Hadoop and Map Reduce Developer. Design and develop map reduce scripts to extract and transform required data to be consumed by Hive tables. Understand changes in site activity though log analysis and come up with insights for changes in trends on the Orbitz Worldwide websites. Exploring the latest Big Data/Hadoop trends and come up with innovation and upgrades on the in house Hadoop ecosystem.

Senior java developer Responsible for the Reports and Command Line modules for this project. Responsible for the design and development for the owned modules for the HP Performance Advisor project.

Java web services developer for the Voyager webservices project. Responsible for implementation of new modules, setting up consolidated logging framework for the project using Log4j, java concurrency, servlets and a host of other technologies.
