 Design, develop, and maintain automation systems for battery manufacturing lines to ensure stable and efficient production operations.  Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley) for machine control, safety interlocks, and synchronized process operations.  Optimize machine cycle times through logic improvements, sequence refinement, and bottleneck elimination to enhance overall production throughput.

 Programmed and deployed FATEK PLC solutions using WinProLadder.  Led on-site commissioning, installation, I/O testing, and troubleshooting.  Integrated Modbus RTU/TCP, RS232/485, and Ethernet for multi-device connectivity.  Developed custom HMI interfaces for monitoring, diagnostics, and machine control.  Provided technical support, remote assistance, and conducted client training.  Configured SCADA/HMI systems for real-time visualization and process control .

 Designed and developed complete automation systems from concept to commissioning, including PLC programming and HMI development.  Installed, commissioned, and troubleshot robotic automation systems.  Configured and commissioned field devices, including VFDs, servos, sensors, and vision systems.  Programmed PLCs using Siemens TIA Portal, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, and ABB platforms.  Implemented IoT communication protocols enabling secure data exchange between PLCs, SCADA, and edge devices.
