I am working on the concept design and development of e-Powertrain products for the drive of hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as internal and customer projects. - Detail design creation of parts and assemblies using Catia V5 such as e-motor, electric components, reduction gear, central housing, cooling and lubrication systems. - Development from individual components to the entire system to provide e-Drive solutions to our customers. - Packaging optimisation, costs and efficiency.

Leading the design of the Turbo Pressure Sensor for the new in-house line of engines and managing the development of the component for virtual and physical builds, from concept to mass production. - Engineering development plan; monitoring and control to ensure delivery on time for prototype and production parts - CAD support for troubleshooting, design strategy and integration of the most optimal solution across departments - Liaising with supplier regarding all aspects of the product

Develop and design installations for sensors on-engine, communising the most complex design solutions across platforms to optimise manufacturing process, cost, weight and durability. Implementing design solutions according to targets, requirements and performance. - Detailed 3D Modelling and 2D drawings - Experience of product prototyping, sheet metal stamping, plastic injection and casting - Architecture and packaging of new powertrain systems - Designing for manufacture and assembly

Design of Interior components and integration of mechanical installations for railway manufacturers such as CAF and Vossloh. - Design software including CATIA v5 and NX: 3D models, assemblies and 2D manufacturing drawings. - Mechanical installations for air conditioning, heating, lighting and hydraulic doors. - Integral interior design: flooring, ceilings, seating, windows, storage, brackets and fastenings.
