Group Org/ IT. • Modelling business scenarios in ARIS tool and incorporate new changes to the business processes. • Fine tuning Process Landscape of Hypo Group Alpe Adria International. • Gather, analyse business level products, macro activities, with subsidiaries of Hypo Group Alpe Adria. • Support Process Management Team at Headquarters of Hypo Group Alpe Adria International AG.

• Gather business requirements from Client and prepare software requirements specifications. • Analyse business requirements document and prepare functional specifications document. • Optimise the IT processes of the business unit through the implementation of CMMI-QMS. • Analyse, research, evaluate tools and propose solutions for innovative proposals within domain. • Prepare the Project Requirements Document for selected innovation proposals.

• Coordinate with other internal departments including Quality Assurance, Product Operations, and Production Support. • Providing solutions to complex business requests. • Production Support (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3) with root cause analysis and permanent fix to the problem. • Performance Tuning of applications. • Demand Management Initiatives. • Project Metrics Collection and Analysis.

Regional Remote Sensing Service Center, Nagpur • Refined the requirements (use-cases) and database analysis to a detailed level for technical analysis and system design as a developer. • Preparing Requirements traceability matrix and collected image data, readings and values. • Assigning tasks to team members and measuring them, reporting back to Project Supervisor. • Preparing project plan and the next initiatives within the module.
