Account Manager for Global Customers of different countries (Italy, Spain, France, Belgium and Holland). Main task: to get in touch with customers and fulfil their needs, like receiving quotations for software purchase, provide solutions on products and services, follow the whole process – from the order receipt to its invoicing.

Customer care service for Italy in the beginning, extended to the Spanish market after some months. Main task was to make sure that all orders were delivered in time, that the communication between all the departments would work. Full customer assistance during the whole purchase process.

Office work with Agencies whose activity is the organization of national and international events in Turin and Milan, both for events connected to firms, medical and cultural events. The main activity was in fact to provide technical and personal staff for conferences, as well as the location, and to contact all the people needed for the occasion. The acticity connected was also participating in the event on site, working and controlling that everything was fine.

First of all focused in jobs connected to production office of ARD inside IBC like translation / interpetation and organisation of tv productions (assistance of production manager)

English and French language teaching in the last year of Elementary School to 10 years old children.
