Schola ULB is a citizen project that aims to develop high school and primary student's potential as well as stimulate their ambition for the future. As a tutor in two different schools, my main responsibilities are: - Managing and supporting a group of elementary students in their learning of the French language - Helping students to carry out their homework and in their difficulties

- Understanding client's hiring needs and managing the communication with them - Creation and publication of job advertisements based on job descriptions - Direct searches of candidates on different platforms - Testing written and oral language levels of candidates in French, Portuguese and Spanish - Building successful relationship with candidates and follow-ups before and after the interviews - Working for 2 to 4 clients at the same time, managing up to 7 positions

My experience as a student cashier included responsibilities such as the following: - Greet customers when entering and leaving the store - Manage transactions with customers using cash registers - Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies - Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets - Resolve customers complaints, guide them as well as provide relevant information I also had the opportunity to work for the store's fish department
