Project Cooperation of Stuttgart University & Robert Bosch GmbH - Connected Cloud Services Automotive Aftermarket EAM/ IT Architecture Methodologies and Tools: • Evaluated, harmonized and developed IT Architecture Methodologies and Tools for different Stakeholders • Created a promotion concept including workshop material as well as a communication and rollout strategy as a blueprint

Project Management • Set up a consistent reporting structure and a task tracker for ten international projects • Tracked the projects’ progress in collaboration with the PMO in India Business Process Management (individual project) • Identified relevant processes and suitable diagramming solution software • Planned and conducted interviews with specialists, mapped As Is process structure and designed improved To Be process structure

• Analyzed the business development • Improved the reporting system of special reports and developed presentations and decision papers for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board • Assisted in the preparation, analysis and reporting of forecast and quarter end results for SAP Group, especially the P&L-analysis, the exchange rates and the analysts’ estimates

• Managed the development of new products and licenses • Set up Market Intelligence for better information supply • Refined product positioning and incentives that improved the turnover
