www.switcher.kr Interaction design lead for an IoT product Switcher. The primary role is to define and solve UX problems of the web and mobile applications as well as a service touch point as a user advocate. Led the product team to design and ship sixteen features from May 2016 to December 2016 as a product manager. Collaborating with a variety of teams including customer support, engineering, and marketing.

Worked on a visual display product launching in 2016. Gained experience in both software and hardware, including touch screen and remote control UI. Collaborated with user researchers and engineers to create design iterations and working prototypes.

Participated in a display computing device project in Visual Display UX Lab. Evaluated and developed gesture, voice and graphical user interfaces. Created visual assets to build prototypes and support usability testings for executive presentations. Contributed by adding key features and designing user scenarios for a future project update.

Worked alongside the design director to improve UI/UX across Peek’s web portal and create multiple design iterations for future assets. Participated in launching Peek’s iOS mobile app from early stages of UX design to high fidelity visual design iterations.
