Project on “Channel capacity of different wireless channels with relays”. Analysis of wireless channels such as AWGN, Rayleigh fading and ISI channels and its channel capacity, mobile ad-hoc networks and relay networks. Performance of the network was analysed for each of the wireless channels with and without relay. Simulation results in terms of Channel Capacity and Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) was obtained using MATLAB Programming.

Project on “Differential Transmit and Receive Beamforming for Two-Way Relay Networks” Analysis of basic concepts of diversity, MIMO, beamforming and wireless relay networks. A proposed model with multiple antennas in a single relay, transmit and receive diversity and distributed beamforming techniques. Design and analysis of proposed model with MATLAB in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) for both BPSK and QPSK modulation.
Research project on Coverage Criteria for LTE based on 3GPP Specification 36.824 Investigation on data and control channels of the downlink for heterogeneous LTE networks. Small low power cells (Pico cells )are deployed together with Macro cells. Design of a tool and calculation of Signal-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio(SINR) for all the downlink channels.
