Provide Technical advice to customers regarding their infrastructure: configuration, security patches, upgrades, changes, best practices. Deliver Firmware and driver assessments for the customer assets: compute modules (OS & FW /Drivers), SAN switches, Storage & Backup products, interoperability & compatibility matrixes. Deliver the list of the products Bulletins, security vulnerabilities, and potential issues, discuss & take the corrective actions proactively with the customer to prevent known issues.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing Proliant servers (Tower, Rack, Blade , Synergy ) and Storage Arrays hardware and software issues and failures (3PAR , StoreOnce , Broadcom SAN switches ). Investigate logs and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, firmware, driver, OS bugs. Assist the customers to apply updates / patches
