Developed Project Execution strategy from the Design stage, development, up to the completion and delivery. Analysed Product Design & Design for Manufacturing to ensure smooth development of Plastic Injection Moulds, Die Casting Moulds, and handled 3D Scanning and Rapid Prototyping solutions. Prepared progress reports for ongoing projects to demonstrate the progress & maintain transparency with the customers.

Learned about the overall working operation of Silent Diesel Generators and key functions of their components, such as the diesel engine, alternator, governor, flywheel and finally, basics of control panels. Further, I practically experienced and performed mechanical processes, including welding, grinding, painting, etc. I also performed the final testing of the genset, which involved verifying proper operation and calculating fuel consumption at different loads.
