INSP! 5th sector actor developing across all sectors. It holds socio economies, start ups, culture house, catering, conference services, sound production, development of neighborhood, services for the public sector, diverse groups of interest etc. My job is didactics, knowledge development, bridging it to a lot of different counterparts such as UC, private companies, municipalities, universities. Thus project management, proces and facilitation, large scale funding, extensive networking etc are core tasks.

I am leading the complete process of the policy development process within the Alternative. All politics is crowd sourced and validated of members on its way to the parliament.

Teaching and coaching: Vital for our fulfilment in all territories of life is the quality of our relationships with ourselves, colleagues, employees, intimate partner, family, community and all our relations. This training is based on The Delicate Lodge Teachings which evolved in tribes which celebrated individuality within togetherness, so its tools enable us to honour each other's self-authority while promoting peace and harmony.
