Establishing a branch of an international media company in Luxembourg in relation to the exploitation of Intellectual Property - OK! magazine with currently 20 editions around the world. Responsible for all financial aspects of the international business including analysis of potential new projects, liaising with licensees worldwide to develop the brand, compliance with international taxation regulations. Liaising with in-house lawyers re drafting of contracts.

Responsible for the financial accounting, incl. AR, AP, forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting to the head office in the UK. Preparation of the statutory reports in Luxembourg and the UK. Compliance with Luxembourg regulations like FAIA, eCDF and monthly tax returns. Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, lawyers as well as the group finance team.

Start-up company - development and implementation of a software for sales support and sales controlling. Project management, client consulting with focus on adaptation of the software to meet customer processes. Responsible for all financial aspects of the company including statutory accounts and tax compliance.

Responsibility for the company’s finance & controlling team. Establishing effective and efficient systems for accounting and sales management. Planning, forecasting and budgeting of company activities in cooperation with management and departments. Set-up of planning and cost control instruments. Financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
