The interim contract includes the takeover of the Finance Manager agenda/responsibility (statutory accounting/controlling), with focus on monthly closings, preparation of numerous reports and budget preparation. The new permanent Finance Manager will overtake the responsibility as of 1/2025.

The interim assignement included the takeover of the CO Manager responsibility, and above all self done analysis and required up-dates/corrections of the existing budget 2024, the take-over and self done preparations of monthly reportings and development of Open book reporting related to one of the key e-shop customers. The new permanent controller, to which I transferred the above mentioned topics, started as of 12/2023. Contract till 12/2023.

The new permanent CFO overtook the responsibility as of 6/2021.

The interim contract in the czech production daughter of Kion Group) included the take over of the Finance Manager responsibility (statutory accounting/reporting/controlling) from a Finance Manager leaving the company, hands-on oriented management of the finance/controlling department and development of in the company working controller to a new permanent finance manager. The controller took over the finance manager responsibility as of 11/2019, I guided/supported him as a full-time adviser till 3/2020.

The interim contract in the czech production company (180 employees, 24 MEur turnover) of AFSI US included the take over of the Finance Manager responsibility from a Finance Manager leaving the company, hands-on oriented management of the finance department (FI/CO/reporting/cash-flow), documentation of the Finance Manager agenda, implementation of a new reporting tools and transition/training of the Finance Manager responsibility to a new permanent Finance Manager.
