Talent Search People is an international recruitment agency based in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon. We provide highly specialised recruitment services within our four areas of expertise: Sales, IT & E-Commerce, Native Speakers and Finance. We offer recruitment services across Europe as well as other services such as Implant Agents, Outplacement and Interim Management.

Current responsibilities include establishing International Relations, exploring the European market for potential import/export opportunities.

Responsibilities included: - Competence Analysis, - Research and Promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility among organizations, - Coaching participants in groups, as well as individually to increase their employability through various methods (workshops, courses), especially to achieve personal autonomy in their job search, as well as their lives in general - Managing the database of participants (Attendances, review of progress, programmes attended, etc.)

- Assisted in the development of a psychometric tool measuring Emotional Quotient (EQ), - Organization Climate Survey Analysis, - Development of Training Curriculum, - 360-Degree (multi-rater) survey data analysis - Reviewing Job Descriptions

Designed and implemented 45 Minute training modules (presentations and manuals) on: • National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) Awareness • Workplace Etiquette (Basic Communication Etiquette) • Body Language at the workplace • Effective Time Management • Team Building Presented 25 training sessions, to a total attendance of 451 employees.
