• Setup of arrays of microcalorimeters for the determination of the neutrino mass from the normal -decay of 187Re within the MARE experiment • In particular: Optimization of the production process of the absorber crystals of AgReO4 with respect to crystal quality • Analysis of the detector response function by means of GEANT Monte-Carlo simulations, in particular understanding of the non-Gaussian line shape and its influence on the sensitivity of the neutrino mass
