Proposing the possible Static Analysis substantiation that can be given for the repair using Embraer defined methods and tools. Finding the Stresses, Allowable, Margin of Safety and other properties of structure. Carrying out static analysis with Hand calculation methods for structure using Bruhn and Niu methods. Collaborating with Technical heads, Fatigue & Damage tolerance team to substantiate the repair. Documenting static analysis result with the substantiation for aircraft structure.

• Geometry preparation for efficient FE Pre-processing. • Meshing given model meeting required quality criteria • Applying Load and Boundary conditions to meet the design intent. • Performing Linear and Non Linear Static analysis using FE solvers • Meeting competent time schedule

 Finite element of Analysis (FEA) of composite structures using software packages  Design and Development of Composite structures for various engineering applications.  Computer aided designing of engineering structures in CATIA V5.  NAS 410 NDT (UT) Level 2 Trainee for Composite Materials.  Good understanding of Composite manufacturing process.  Mediate with client requirements and ensure the same is met without deviation.  Planning work according to client’s competitive time schedule

 Finite Element Analysis of UAV structures using software packages.  Design of engineering structures using Composite materials.  Engage in continuous development of structures and redesign suiting the requirements.  Research of composite materials to meet the design goal.  Preparing reports and presentation.

 Working as part Secondary Air System team in analyzing the turbine cooling circuits of Kaveri Engine.  Analyzing, solving problem, verifying solutions and writing Technical reports based on results.  Liaising with team about solutions and refining the model.  Gained knowledge of new application software as part of a given project.  Reporting the output to senior scientist of the group.  Software used: Gambit and Fluent
