Project 1: Cloning of CRISPR constructs to tag the endogenous 5HT7 receptor gene (only RB transcript) of the Drosophila melanogaster. Project 2: Design a strategy to tag the 5HT7 receptor gene (both RA and RB transcripts) using Gal4/UAS constructs.

Project 1: Loss of function characterization of ecm6 in Zebrafish model organism. Project 2: Exploration of anti-angiogenic effects of a newly synthesized compound using Zebrafish.

The website 'MishMash' was built to work as an organization where youths were encouraged to share their knowledge and understanding via writing blogs, videos, and posters. As a founder, I served as the core content writer and managed a team of five members to upload blogs, videos, and posters related to modern science and psychological issues. The objective was to arouse public awareness of the latest discoveries and technologies and most importantly help young minds to keep themselves updated.

The primary objective of this project was to find out that Gallus gallus domesticus embryos (HH 23-26) treated with a minimum dose of Risperidone (1000 ppm) altered the protein and enzyme biochemistry with respect to total protein content, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) levels. Conducted cell viability studies using flow cytometry to indicate its possible role in the induction of apoptosis and necrosis in a developing chick embryo.

Rationalized research-oriented purpose and composed a review article on the rules and regulations. Conducted review writing on Biomarker Related to Early Detection of Lung and Breast Cancer.

Wrote content on recent science and technology topics such as Biohacking, Neuralink, CRISPR-Cas9 Technology, etc.

Conducted market research and reviewed designs and ideas on e-commerce-related duties. Wrote content (blogs and articles) for the department on e-commerce-oriented paper works.
