Investigated neocortical motor pathways in rodents using rabies virus tracing and conducted large-scale neural imaging analysis with Python, MATLAB, and machine learning. Demonstrated, for the first time, bilateral projections from the somatosensory and motor cortices to vMNs via intermediate brain structures, highlighting asymmetrical input and multi-order synaptic integration in whisker motor control.
