Development and PLM of sheet metal forming tools with DFMEA, design calculation, functions, materials and cost optimization aspects. - Design with PTC Creo, CATIA V5, AutoCAD - FEM/FEA simulation and calculations with Siemens PTC Creo and ANSYS. - Lead the projects from concept development to test experience. - Working with non-confirmations in design, fits, tolerances and gauges. - Discuss manufacturing processes, establish quality standards for various components and perform test procedures.
