As an ENO with the Liquidity Measurement Reporting team within Credit Suisse India Private Ltd, I was responsible for the timely preparation and delivery of liquidity returns called the LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio) per se the BASIL III requirements to the PRA (The Prudential Regulatory Authority) UK for Credit Suisse UK entities.

I was responsible for undertaking extremely volatile and complex regulatory shareholding disclosure reporting for multiple countries. The daily task encompassed monitoring corporations holdings on a daily basis to determine reportability in respective jurisdictions. Prepare fillings and legal documents for the regulators. Prepare fillings for US 13 F, G & H, UK Takeover Panels, short selling of securities in Hong Kong and restricted securities.
