• Resource profiling for large Air Traffic Management projects (300 people) • Project reporting for five large ATM projects. • Project Variance analysis (CV, SV, ETC, BAC) • Development of financial reporting package for projects and internal control procedures • Development and maintenance of work breakdown structures in the ERP system • Preparation of Five year project budgets

• Setup and maintenance of project contract costing structures, to capture and analyse costs • Development of automated routines for period closing • Preparation of monthly management project status reports • Preparation of all month-end accounting postings, client invoices, cash-flow statements • SAP system migration support • Maintenance of Contract variation orders, and variance analysis
