ELEQ is a company that develops and manufactures measurement systems, lighting systems and instrument transformers. • Developed European reseller structure, requiring organizational change • Managed new business projects (product transfers, rental, buy-option and integration of German company)

NOI had multiple factories for composite materials. Their focus was on wind turbine rotor blades. Responsible for business development and procurement. • Managed on interim base the NOI Scotland Ltd manufacturing site (100 people at Kirkcaldy, Scotland) • Developed frame agreements with customers

Was a rapidly growing company which developed and manufactured wind turbine blades of glass fiber epoxy. AERPAC had factories in The Netherlands, Spain and Scotland. • Took over account responsibility and increased sales • Created new products and service solutions for the market • Co-authored study ‘composite in direct drive generators for wind turbines’
