Managing a small company focused upon design and distribution of products that serve to improve efficiency in the delivery industry (catering services, pharmacies, etc.)

Working in a team of 4 people, carrying out marketing analyses and branding work for a small UK based company, which had been launching a new product.

Responsible for teaching approx. 100 students. Tutorials were prepared and carried out single handed.

Working for a small company specialised in mail and food delivery systems for scooters. Working with and later leading a team of 4 people in the field of distribution and development.

I was trained as car mechanic and due to outstanding performance shortened the training by six months. I received the award "Best Car Mechanic 2005 Muenster and Surroundings", after winning the Chamber of Crafts competition.

Exploring the interface of engineering and business management. Focusing on project management and leadership. Dissertation: Sustainability in German SMEs. Exploring how sustainability approaches can be utilised to improve ecological and societal factors of a company while they pay off financially

Final year project: A Lean Approach to the Sector of Higher Education – Working together with the Head of Department of Engineering Manufacturing and Management the academic and the administrative section was being explored and improved in terms of efficiency Award: Honours First Class Degree
