Independent management of company advisors/accountants (16 employees) as well as support for international subsidiaries. Planning, coordination and booking of M/Q/A Financial Statement in accordance with HGB and IFRS (incl. notes). Analysis and evaluation of basic accounting, financial reporting and tax issues, integration of new companies (start-up, mergers and spin-offs). Process optimization of internal controls for companies. Contact person for the central departments and external and internal auditors.

Determination and booking of various IFRS topics (e.g. IAS 16/17/38 and IFRS 9). Preparation of quarterly and annual IFRS consolidated financial statements (incl. Cashflow and Notes). Preparation of the Group Accounting Guideline (update/enhancement). Participation in internal projects for implementing new IFRS standards (e.g. IFRS 9, IFRS 15). Contact person for external auditors, affiliated companies and top management.

Audit of quarterly and annual consolidated and non-consolidated financial statement of Corporate Clients (HGB/IFRS) as well as for non-consolidated financial statement of Corporate Clients for ISRE 2400, processes (internal control system) and joint ventures, first experience in J-SOX-Testing, preparation of financial statement for IDW S7; knowledge in industries: construction, telecommunication, media, automotive, retail and recycling.

Cost controlling of construction management. Assessment and accounting of invoices. Payroll accounting.
