What startet in the neXt Lab now turns into an agile transformation of the whole IT department of DB Netz AG. We use the Full SAFe framework (https://www.scaledagileframework.com/#) to organize our development teams in Large Solutions and Agile Release Trains. The Large Solution delivering products for both manual and automated timetabling includes three ARTs with 4 to 8 teams.

In the neXt lab of DB Netz AG (Deutsche Bahn) we develop highly automated timetabling software for Europe's largest railway network. For short term request we also provide the Click&Ride - App enabling railway undertakers to easily book train paths. We use SAFe as a development framework for our innovative, unique software. As the Product Manager I am responsible for the prioritization of the feature backlog of the ART (agile release train) with it's 7 (development) teams.
