I led the scientific and technological development of the Competence Center, I defined its strategic positioning and the research roadmap, I planned and administered the finances, I restructured the internal organization, and I accompanied the career development of the researchers.

I initiated and acquired new research funding, I led and managed research projects at German and European level for geometry processing, 3D simulation, and 3D visualization technology, and I represented the Competence Center at national and international events.

I specified, designed and developed innovative and technological solutions for German and European research projects, I led and coordinated the evolution of the groups “Geometric Modeling” and “Interactive Simulation”, and I contributed to the preparation of research proposals.

I assisted the professor of “Geometric Methods of CAE / CAD” in the preparation and during the theoretical lectures, and I created and performed the practical lectures.

I participated and contributed to the exchange of scientific experience and expertise in the context of geometry processing.

I designed and developed geometry processing algorithms in the context of surface reconstruction of digitizations and discretization of CAD data.

I designed and developed geometry processing algorithms for the simulation and tracing of satellite’s rays in the context of telecommunication projects.

I designed and developed geometric applications based on the ObjectARX API of AutoCAD.

I assisted the professor of “Mechanical Drawing” and “Introduction to CAD / CAM Systems” in the preparation and during the theoretical lectures, and I created and performed the practical lectures.
