Main point f contact for distribution partner and main Customer in the UK; Analysis of service and claim management; Inspection of building sites; Close collaboration with quality management and manufacturing in Italy; Presentation of product change requests and cost reducing measures; Discussion of technical solutions with the customer; Part of the project team of the replacement product
